When you book a holiday, there’s commission included in the price. Normally, this commission goes to whoever facilitates the booking. If you use a search engine, they get the commission.

If you go through a travel agent, it goes to them. Even when booking directly with a hotel, cruise line, or airline, they keep the commission.

But by joining this platform as an independent travel agent, you can keep that commission for yourself.

As a registered independent travel agent, you gain industry status, meaning you’re recognised within the travel sector and able to earn commission directly.

You can book travel at very competitive rates. You’ll have your own booking portal to use with our top suppliers, letting you make direct arrangements with hotels. This gives you a range of booking options and flexibility.

As part of the industry, you’ll also have access to exclusive hotel affiliate programmes.

Many of us used to book directly through hotels or popular travel sites, unaware that every hotel or holiday includes built-in commission—money that goes to someone else. Now, with this platform, we book the same holidays but keep the commission for ourselves instead of letting faceless websites have it. We’re still doing the same searching and booking, but now we get paid for it.

We have many industry house hold names as well as wholesalers and business to business providers so we are in great company.

We also have access to a separate marketing business which allows you to share the travel business with other people through your personal affiliate link and benefit from a very generous compensation plan, producing a residual income.

Every booking will be different but standard commission is between 10% and 15% (sometimes more!) and once you have done your initial mandatory training you will be paid 70% - 80% of those commissions with the other 20% - 30% going to our host agency less a few fees. This is the highest commission split in the industry and the earning potential is uncapped which is amazing. Commission is not paid on non commissionable elements, taxes or credit card fees.

Regarding tax - everyone will have different financial circumstances so we always advise you to check with your own financial advisor or accountant for your personal circumstances.

You start declaring tax once you earn over £1000 in commission - whether that's on things that you book for yourself on a commissionable rate or anything you book for others where you earn commission. You’re not employed by anyone. You’re buying a franchise for your own business so all earnings would be for your own self assessment.

When you join your licence allows you to book and sell holidays in the UK (or if not UK based then within your own relevant territory). This means you can contact any hotel worldwide and request a commissionable rate. It can be in the UK or anywhere in the world. It can be for 1 night or 1 month. If it falls under the travel umbrella it's more than likely that we can book it.

It’s a very long list and remember this can be just for yourself or you can book for anyone else.

No - none at all. We will give you everything you need to know to get you set up correctly.

There is no time limit or pressure for you to get the initial regulatory training done or for it to be done within any certain amount of time but it will take approximately 2 or 3 hours in total.

Most people spread it out over a couple of afternoons or evenings. Some people speed through their training and book within a couple of days and others like to take their time to really get to know the systems and processes in depth before they feel comfortable to start booking.

In the US the training requirements are different and in fact less than for agents in the UK as there are different licence regulations so it's even quicker to get set up. There is a simple video course you review, with basic quizzes after each YouTube-style short video, in total less than two hours of viewing.

You are only required to view that course and read our training materials, which you can do in a few hours at home. However, you will get access to many online courses, live events, respected industry courses and other training resources if you choose to make use of them.

You have immediate access to your own booking system but need to complete the mandatory training first. Our team of experienced agents will help you through this stage. Once that is done you will be licensed to book and sell holidays straight away.

Absolutely not - many of the team have little or no social media presence and have built their businesses around family and friends.

Everyone loves to travel and we all know one person who knows another person … Word of mouth is a powerful thing and personal recommendations are the best way to grow your business.

Once you book for a friend or family member, social media follower or work colleague the chances are they’ll tell their friends and family. This is how you’ll get new and repeat business. You also have more of a network around you than you realise - colleagues, school mums, hairdressers, gym friends, running partners etc.

Yes! There are no targets or quotas, so it’s easy to fit this around a full-time job or family commitments.

What makes it great is the flexibility—it’s entirely up to you how much time you spend.

You can work as little or as much as you like, whenever it suits you. Many of us with busy lives find small windows of time throughout the day to research hotels, send quotes, or browse our suppliers in the evenings.
